Warranties and liabilities
The AIC NSW excludes any condition or warranty, unless it is expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions or is by law incapable of exclusion, restriction or modification.
The AIC NSW will under no circumstances be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising in relation to any transaction entered into, or any goods or services purchased, through this website.
Payments
All prices are in Australian Dollars and inclusive of GST, unless otherwise indicated.
Payment for all AICNSW Events, courses, seminars and membership is by Visa or MasterCard only. AICNSW no longer accepts cheques. Cash transfers may be accepted with prior arrangement.
All event registrations must be paid prior to the registration close date for the relevant event. If no a registration close date is not stated, then payment must be received at least 2 business days prior to the event.
Payment must be made using the method of payment indicated on the AICNSW Members Portal, Event Portal or order form supplied by the AICNSW.
If membership is cancelled or a change in membership category is requested ie downgraded membership category please be advised no refund of membership fees already paid will be given. A credit will be provided for use during the same membership year to attend an event provided by the AICNSW less an administration fee.
Refund/cancellation policy
If you notify us in writing more than 5 business days before a seminar, course or event that you are unable to attend, you may choose to be transferred to a similar event in the same pricing category, nominate another person to attend in your stead, or request a refund be issued.
If you notify us in writing 5 business days or less prior to the seminar, course or event that you are unable to attend, you may nominate a replacement person to attend in your stead. No refund will be issued.
To claim a refund, transfer or re-allocation, or for further information please send an email to [email protected].
All refunds are by way of a credit back to the credit card used at the time of payment, or the replacement card where the original card has expired during the intervening period.
AICNSW reserves the right to cancel or postpone an event to an alternative date or to alter the program. Should your event be cancelled or postponed, you will receive a full refund or be offered the opportunity to transfer to the next available event within the same category.
Disclosure of Attendance lists
A list of all registered attendees, including the attendee’s name, business name and email address (if known) may be provided to any sponsor corporation associated with that event for which the attendee has registered.
Event Photography
AICNSW advises that video footage or photos may be taken during educational events, which may or may not include your recognisable image.
By registering for an event, you agree to allow AICNSW to use the images in print, digital or web-based formats for promotional and archival purposes.
