Smart Coast Conveyancing is seeking a motivated Conveyancing Assistant for a 12-month maternity contract, with the option to stay on for the right person. This full-time role offers flexibility and negotiable hours for a suitable candidate.
We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of legal experience, who can work independently, is highly motivated, and has a friendly, client-focused personality.

Experienced & Fully Licensed Conveyancer (5+ Years)
Location: onsite Rosehill office
Full-time from April 29, 2025, to May 21, 2025, with the possibility of casual employment thereafter.
The ideal candidate must hold full practicing Licence and will work autonomously, overseeing two assistants, and
handling all aspects of the conveyancing process.
Experience with PEXA and Tri Convey software is essential. The
role requires strong organizational skills, a high -volume caseload management, and the ability to provide expert
advice.

An opportunity exists for a fulltime, Licensed Conveyancer for our Liverpool office.

Your Duties:
 Work as part of a team successfully managing the day-to-day operations of all NSW conveyancing
 Preparation and review of all conveyancing from beginning to end
 Liaising with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, finance institutions and Solicitors
 Proficient with settlements and PEXA

About You:
 Proven experience within a similar role for 3+ years working with NSW Conveyancing
 Accurate typing and knowledge of conveyancing systems
 Attention to detail in document and client management
 Be a team player and work independently

We are a small Conveyancing firm looking for a Conveyancer that doesn’t just want a short-term career, someone who wants to work towards ownership in one of our 3 businesses. We are a really close-knit team who all help each other when someone is in need. We pride ourselves on having a team which is like family. If staff are happy, clients are happy. Our firm also offers agency work (also known as Locum) to our beautiful colleagues in the industry who are burnt out and need a break, holiday or time with family and friends.
