Licensed Conveyancer with minimum 3 years’ experience familiar with PEXA and can run their own file required for busy Parramatta Law Practice. Position is full-time temporary between 1 September 2025 until 23 December 2025 to cover maternity leave of existing employee. Fantastic work conditions and pay adequate to experience.

We are seeking a highly proficient and motivated Licensed Conveyancer to join our team. We will consider applicants to work both in our offices or remotely.
As the ideal applicant, you will have experience in residential conveyancing principles and practices. Experience in commercial conveyancing such as leasing will be highly regarded.
To undertake this role, ideally you will have:

· Unrestricted Conveyancing Licence with a minimum 2 years experience working as a Licensed Conveyancer
· Demonstrated abilities to work in a fast-paced environment
· Possess strong client based service and communication skills
· Excellent organisational skills including attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks and meet required     deadlines
· Experience with PEXA is essential
· Experience with and knowledge of Tri-Search conveyancing practice software is highly desired
· A friendly, positive and resilient attitude and the ability to work as part of a team.

 Work as part of a team successfully managing the day-to-day operations of all NSW conveyancing
 Preparation and review of all conveyancing from beginning to end
