Membership is only available to individuals, businesses or corporations do not qualify for membership.

Full Member
 Any person not being a legal practitioner, who is licensed under the current Conveyancers Licensing Act in NSW. As a full member of the Division you are able to use our membership designation of 'Certified Practising Conveyancer '  -  'CPC' -
There are two categories of full member:

* A licensee carrying on a conveyancing business
* A licensee who is employed

Affiliate:
Any person, not being a conveyancer, who is approved in this category by the Divisional Council.  Affiliate members are not entitled to membership of the Australian council or of a Division Council.
*An affiliate member is entitled to all membership benefits, however, they cannot vote at any general meetings

 Student:
Any person enrolled as a student in the course prescribed for qualification as a conveyancer in New South Wales.
*Student members are entitled to all membership benefits, however, they cannot vote at any general meeting.
